• DCP Solutions provides professional digital cinema mastering services including:
• 2K and 4K Digital Cinema Package (DCP) creation
• Encryption for secure content delivery
• 5.1, 7.1 and Stereo audio encoding
• Key Delivery Message (KDM) generation
• Secure digital delivery of final DCPs and KDMs

Pricing

Our pricing is based on the duration and resolution of the final project:

Short Films

• Under 15 minutes: £70
• 15–29 minutes: £94
• 30–59 minutes: £120
• 60–89 minutes: £214

Feature Films

• 60–89 minutes: £214
• 90–120 minutes: £240
• 120–150 minutes: £265
• 150–180 minutes: £290

Additional Options

• 4K DCP: Additional 50% on corresponding 2K pricing
• KDMs: £20 per additional screening venue
• Additional VF (Version File) DCP: £50
• Additional VF Language Version: £25 per language
• Subtitle VF DCP: £50
• CCAP / Closed Caption VF DCP: £50
• Audio Replacement VF: £50–£75 (depending on complexity)
• USB / Hard Drive (to keep): Price confirmed based on required size (GB)

A full quote will be provided before work begins based on the specific project details.

Delivery

Final DCPs and KDMs are delivered via secure download links. Notification will be provided once files are ready, including download instructions. Physical delivery via drive is available on request.

Secure digital download £30.

Physical delivery on CRU drive or SSD drive. Charges based on location.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after receipt of final materials and project confirmation. Rush services may be available upon request and could incur additional charges.

Additional charges may apply for weekend work, subject to prior agreement.

Payment

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Final delivery of DCPs and KDMs may be withheld until full payment is received.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
All prices are in GBP and may include VAT where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying final and correctly formatted source materials. Changes after DCP creation may result in additional charges. DCP Solutions is not liable for issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate materials.

KDM Handling

For encrypted DCPs, clients must provide valid cinema server certificates (.crt or .pem).

Limitations of Liability

• DCP Solutions is not liable for:
• Playback issues due to cinema equipment compatibility
• Loss of files from third-party platforms or client error.
• Any financial loss resulting from missed or failed screenings

  Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Revisions and Refunds

• Technical revisions due to our error are provided at no cost.
• Revisions due to client updates or new materials may incur charges.
• Refunds are not available once work has commenced unless we are unable to deliver agreed services.

Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of the client. We do not reuse or distribute any materials beyond the scope of the project.

DCPs and KDMs may be temporarily stored for revision or redelivery unless deletion is requested.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed under the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By commissioning services from DCP-Solutions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
