Anthony Kerr

I’m a joint founder and managing director of DCP Solutions. My career in film spans more than 17 years, and I have technical expertise ranging from traditional film formats to DCP mastering.
My journey started at Odeon Leicester Square, where I worked as a projectionist during the transition from film to digital projection. Over the years, I’ve worked with the most prestigious film companies, premieres, and festivals, including Warner Brothers, Disney, Paramount, BFI London Film Festival, AMPAS & BAFTA.
Since then I have worked in London’s west end, mastering, editing and screening films, ensuring my projects are delivered to the highest standard. I am trusted by filmmakers, post-production houses, and festivals for my attention to detail, fast turnaround times, and command of cinema workflows.
From small independent films to major film releases, I help creatives bring their work to the big screen with maximum impact.

I have worked in cinema for 20 years. I was a freelance projectionist at the BFI and Barbican for several years in London, before managing an Odeon nine-screen cinema, leading the switchover from film to digital.
I spent five years as an AV events manager, running a range of events: awards screenings for BAFTA and AMPAS, film and television screenings for major film studios, such Disney and Warner Brothers, press junkets and presentations for global corporations such as Google and Facebook.
I then joined Deluxe’s content mastering team, where I was responsible for DCP workflows and creating and mastering packages on bespoke software for distribution all over the world.
I have worked with all the major film companies, and feel fortunate to be able to combine a personal passion for cinema with a career. Launching DCP Solutions was the next step on my creative journey.
