Transparency policy on re-exports, fixes and responsibility

Every company says it cares about quality. Few will tell you, in plain words, what happens when something goes wrong. We will. Here is exactly what we promise.

What we guarantee

No order leaves us without passing inspection. That means:

  • Pre-shipment checks. Every batch is inspected against your agreed specifications.
  • Documented proof. You receive inspection results and photos before anything ships, so you can see what we saw.
  • Accurate paperwork. Quantities, labels, and export documents match the goods in the box. Always.

If we say it is ready, it is ready. If it isn’t, we tell you before it moves, not after it loads.

When something goes wrong

Mistakes are rare, but they happen. Our process for correcting them is simple and fast.

Step 1: Tell us. Report the issue, the sooner we see it, the sooner we fix it.

Step 2: We investigate. We review our inspection records against what you received and respond with a clear finding.

Step 3: We make it right. That means repair and replacement.

Re-exports and fixes: who pays?

This is the part most policies bury. We don’t.

  • If the fault is ours: we cover the cost of fixing it. That includes rework, replacement units, and the freight and export costs of re-shipping.
  • If the fault is not ours: we will still help you resolve it, including assisting with carrier claims and quoting rework. But the cost sits with the responsible party.
  • If it is unclear, we look at the evidence together and decide fairly. Our inspection records protect you as much as they protect us.

Our responsibility, in one line

We own the outcome.

What we ask of you

Transparency works both ways. Please confirm specifications in writing before production begins, review inspection reports when we send them, and flag concerns promptly. Clear specs and quick communication prevent most problems before they start.

The bottom line

Quality is not a slogan. It is built in to our checks, a paper trail, and a commitment to stand behind our work when it counts. You should never have to wonder who is responsible, what happens next, or who pays.

We built this policy so those answers are never a mystery.
